One of our most popular classes! this class was specifically designed to tone your legs, give you more lift and definition in the glutes, while keeping a fast pace to torch some extra calories. If the glutes is an area of focus for you, this class is an absolute must!


HIIT Cardio class

Lets be honest, cardio is more fun in a group! This is way we've created our HIIT cardio class, so 45 minutes will fly by before you even know It. Our classes are designed to melt away fat but preserve muscle. 1-2 HIIT classes are perfect to supplement your personalized training.
