Before your first workout, we take the time to learn your specific needs by performing a Troy City Fitness Strategy Session. First, we will go through a general medical and injury screen to make sure everything we do here is safe. From there, we'll ask what your specific needs are so that we can blueprint the perfect plan to help you achieve your fitness goals.
